Role & Responsibilities:

• Voucher entry & invoice verification as per purchase documents.

• Process weekly payments and ensure vendor payments are on time.

• Maintain AP schedules, reconcile AP aging, and close overdue invoices.

• Handle vendor communication for payment documents/bank details.

• Process Concur batches for expense reimbursement.

• Maintain AP documentation and vendor account details.

• Knowledge of government tax liabilities.

• Daily bank reconciliation & activity review.

Eligibility:

• PG: M.Com (Any Specialization).

• Skills in voucher entry, payment processing, bank reconciliation, AP review, vendor payment tracking, and tax compliance.
