Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

1. Blending Operator (2 Vacancies)

  • Operate pasteurization and blending equipment

  • Monitor temperature and blending ratios

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards

2. Kettle Operator (2 Vacancies)

  • Operate steam kettles for cooking batches

  • Ensure proper temperature and consistency

  • Follow food safety and quality protocols

3. Machine Operator (1 Vacancy)

  • Operate and maintain food processing machinery

  • Perform routine checks and troubleshoot minor issues

  • Ensure smooth production line flow

4. QA Chemist (2 Vacancies)

  • Conduct quality checks of raw materials and finished goods

  • Maintain lab records and reports

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards

5. Shift In-Charge (1 Vacancy)

  • Supervise shift operations and manpower

  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

  • Report production data and issues to management

Requirements (All Roles)

Experience: 2–4 years

Education:

  • Operators: +2 / ITI / Diploma

  • QA Chemist: B.Sc. / B.Tech (Food Technology)

  • Shift In-Charge: B.Tech (Food Tech / Mechanical)
