🏢 About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Production Line Supervisor. This role involves overseeing packing operations, material management, and ensuring production efficiency in line with hygiene and safety standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all packing activities in the department.

• Maintain stock registers and coordinate packing material requisition.

• Manage SAP postings for production and breakdowns.

• Oversee unloading, stacking, and storage of packaging materials as per SOP.

• Perform final visual checks of finished products.

• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the packaging and storage areas.

• Track and record daily wastage and include in the Daily Production Report.

• Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.

• Promote awareness of environmental, safety, and health practices in the department.

🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  • B.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in the biscuits industry.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with the SAP Production Module.
