HIRING PROCESS:
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Ø FIRST ROUND: Virtual Interview or Campus.
Ø FINAL ROUND: this would be a virtual round.
OFFER LETTERS: After finalization, Offer Letters will be released to all the shortlisted candidates.
Note: Hiring stands subject to all clearances from the University, including the final degree.
POST HIRING:
All the candidates will be sent to one of our plant locations (specified above) for 2-4 weeks of training. Travel, food, and accommodation shall be provided. Once the training is completed, they will be moved on-site to Kathua.
Below are the compensation details for candidates as per their education:
1. B.Sc- Annual CTC will be 2,64,504 LPA
2. M.Sc- Annual CTC will be 2,89,284 LPA
3. B.Tech - Annual CTC will be 2,89,284 LPA
4. Diploma - Annual CTC will be 2,27,340 LPA
