Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of Food Processing Technology, Backing and Mixing for biscuits Manufacturing.

  1. Knowledge of Manpower Handling
  2. Knowledge of S.A.P. in PP module.
  3. Knowledge of ISO / HACCP / FSMS / GMP / GHP and food safety management in Production section.5) Knowledge of 5S/Kaizen/ TQM etc
  4. Maintenance of stock register
  5. Requisition of Packing Material & Final Product transferring in BSR.
  6. Unloading, stacking and storage of packaging material as per companys SOP for the Stores.
  7. Final visual check of product.
  8. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene standards as per the companys SSOP in storage and packaging section.
  9. Ensuring the availability of packing material in the Department by raising indent and follow up
  10. Noting down the wastages and noting down in the Daily Production Report.
  11. Ensure the safety in the department.
  12. Ensure the use of proper PPE all the time in the department.
  13. To increase Awareness in the department w.r.t. to Environment/ Safety & Health.

Required Candidate profile

Working- Round the clock shift working including night shift.


Position - Production Line Supervisor (Production Officer)- 01 Nos.


Working- Round the clock shift working in all 3 shift including night.


Educational Qualification - B. Tech (Food Processing Technology) / B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Food processing tech)

Experience : 3 to 5 years (Biscuits / Food production experience candidate will be given preference)
