Job Description


  • Suggesting the product formats and recipes (Extruded Snacks, Savoury/Namkeens)
  • Conducting NPD trials, Line change trail & process standardization.
  • Closely working with third party for product standardization/manufacturer if so required.
  • Process line validation including efficiency, wastages, productivity, energy & fuel consumption at mother plant & 3P.
  • Validation of BOM for different SKU at mother plant & 3P plant
  • Conducting development trials at sites where equipment is available after sourcing the required material.
  • Collecting data, process establishment and finalization of TTD.
  • To assist in identifying and finalizing the requirement of equipment for manufacture of short-listed products that will include:
  • Identifying equipment manufacturers to produce developed products.
  • Designing of equipments accessories & development of the same from local vendors including extruder die & other spare parts.
  • Assisting technical team in defining the specification & working method for the equipment including production capacity.
  • Finalizing the scaled-up manufacturing process details on basis of trial development.
  • Finalizing the process quality parameters and standards.
  • Actively participate with cross-functional teams or with other stakeholders for specific task/trails.
  • Support in Troubleshooting related to process line affecting production & quality.
