Job Description
Qualification - B. Tech/M. Tech (Dairy Technology/Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology):The incumbent should have a sound knowledge of Quality Control of milk and milk products viz. Cheese, Butter, Yoghurt, Milk Powders including SMP, DW, Whey, Casein, Lactose, etc. Well versed with the Food safety principles, HACCP and quality systems. Expected to work closely with production and maintenance personnel to produce safe products at all times.
