Job Description


  • Create and implement Internal Quality Standards in accordance with FSSAI guidelines
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas of food safety
  • Create checklists for food operation compliance
  • Document FSMS plans, SOPs, checklists, and compliance checks on vendor FSSAI licenses
  • Provide training and implementation on food safety procedures
  • Monitor and report on daily work, weekly snapshots, monthly presentations, and quarterly reviews


Requirements


  • Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
