Job description
Check all Raw Material and Packing Material & Finished Goods:
Like Moisture, ash content in biscuits and wheat flour, sedimentation, Gluten, wap test, alcoholic acidity and Iv and Pv testing of RPO. Checking brix, sensory tests.
As per ISO 22k unit
Computer Literacy is a must.
Duty in 1 shift on day and night rotation basis.
