๐Ÿข About RSPL Group:

RSPL Group is a diversified conglomerate with a strong presence in FMCG and dairy. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager – Dairy to lead our milk processing plant’s quality operations and ensure adherence to the highest food safety and product excellence standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the Milk Department.

  • Ensure compliance of raw milk, in-process, and finished products with quality and microbiological standards.

  • Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.

  • Oversee routine microbiological testing of milk and dairy products.

  • Maintain laboratory calibration, ensure accurate reporting, and manage documentation.

  • Monitor supplier milk quality, ensure traceability, and verify supplier compliance.

  • Lead non-conformance investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and supply chain to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Train and mentor QA/QC and production teams on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

  • Ensure adherence to FSSAI, ISO 22000, and manage related audits and inspections.

  • Prepare and present quality reports for internal and regulatory audits.


๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications:

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Dairy Technology or Food Technology

  • PG: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Food Microbiology


๐Ÿ”ง Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC in a dairy plant, especially in milk processing.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems, testing protocols, and regulatory standards.

  • Proficient in documentation, quality audits, and team leadership.

  • Exposure to HACCP, FSSAI regulations, ISO certifications, and lab operations.
