JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. HACCP & Lead Auditor Certification.
  2. Assessment of hygiene practices at the premises and the food safety practices followed by food handlers.
  3. Training and evaluation of food handlers.
  4. Assessment of practices in line with the defined procedures and systems.
  5. Inspect and assess food storage, raw material, vegetables transfer from supplier vehicles to stores, sorting & Washing of food materials, chopping & cooking standards, Personal & operational hygiene.
  6. Evaluate the waste management and disposal process at all stages.
  7. Inspection of washing of Dish, utensils & other pots used for cooking etc.
  8. Evaluation of daily food sample collections done by food vendor.
  9. Conduct Supplier audits, GAP assessment audits as per frequency.
  10. Maintain documentation of audits done and compile the trackers and trends.
  11. Full inspection report per month and share the audit report with evidences and non-conformities in line with food safety.
  12. Conduct audits based on hygiene requirements on a monthly basis and submit reports to the management.
  13. Timely NC closure and findings.
  14. Conducting trainings as per training calendar.
  15. Audit the HACCP standards at all the food handling areas.
  16. Evaluate kitchen & service work safety on regular basis.
  17. Inspect and verify the trackers maintained on wastage, water & energy sources.

Desired profile of the candidate


Candidate with Degree/PG in Food Technology, having min. 10 yrs. exp. With HACCP & Lead Auditor Certification.
