Description

Responsibilities:

Develop new product ideas and recipes and reformulate existing products to meet customer needs and preferences.

Conduct shelf-life studies to determine product stability and suitability for large scale production.

Work closely with the production team to scale up production of new products, including developing SOPs and training materials.

Conduct regular quality assessments on ingredients and finished products.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product development with consumer trends and business objectives.

Conduct cost analysis to ensure profitable product development.

Stay up-to-date with latest food technology trends and innovations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role in the bakery or food production industry.

Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Salary:
₹23,008.29 - ₹36,659.99 per month
