Job Summary:
The Production Executive (Ice Cream) is responsible for planning, executing & managing the Production process of ice cream products. This role requires a strong understanding of dairy technology and experience in working within a production environment. The Production Executive is expected to ensure efficient Production processes, monitor product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Monitoring of Process & Produce Quality of Ice Cream Products.
2. Effective utilization of Manpower & Energy.
3. Maintain Safety, Cleanliness and Hygiene Conditions.
4. Implementation of SOPs and documentation as per ISO Norms.
5. Adherence of CCPs, Minimization of Operational losses & leakages.
6. Monitoring Quality Packing, Storage & Preservation of Produced Products on time.
7. Monitoring Consumption of Consumables & Packing Materials.
8. Enhance Skills levels of Team members by organizing Intensive Training.
9. Regular updation of Production Module in SAP - PP and Generate reports.
PRE-REQUISITES For Dairy Technology (Icecream Production Executive):
- Work Location: Heritage Foods Limited, Uppal Ice Cream Unit, Hyderabad
- Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive Level
- Gross Salary: 20,000/-Pm to 40,000/-Pm
- Extra Benefits: Yearly Bonus Separate, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Variable Pay, Insurance facilities (GMA, GPA, GTLI), Subsidized Food.
- Qualification: B.Tech (Dairy Technology / Food Technology).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in a production environment, preferably in the dairy or ice cream industry.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, SAP - PP, Preferable for only Male Candidates.
- Should know the local language (Telugu). Added on advantage SAP-PP Knowledge.
- Preferred shall be given to those who are willing to work at any location.
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the ice-cream production process.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per production requirements.
- Strong knowledge of dairy technology, production processes, and quality control practices.
