Developing and implementing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs, including testing, inspection, and documentation processes.
- Establishing and maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), including developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards, and that they comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Managing the certification processes for FSSC 22000 and BRC, including maintaining compliance with all requirements and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Leading and managing a team of quality assurance and quality control professionals, including Training, and evaluating the performance of the staff in regular intervals .
- Coordinating with other departments, including production, and supply chain, to ensure that all quality and safety standards are met at each stage of the manufacturing process.
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems, FSMS, and certification processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Providing regular reports to management on the status of quality and safety programs, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for complete in-process quality control.
- Ensuring Quality of all parameters from incoming material to finish product.
- Preparing and maintaining necessary records to ensure compliance with company standards.
- · Complete Knowledge of all micro parameters in Testing specifications
- · Complete analysis of all RM, PM, And FG as per chemical analysis and microbiological analysis
- · Responsible for all external audits regarding food safety and quality &End-to-end analysis of all RM, PM, And FG as per chemical analysis and microbiological analysis
- · Accountable for all training related with quality, hygiene GMP , GHK, HACCP , ISO And FSSC ,
- · Responsible for maintaining documentation of FSSC22000, independently face customers audit and train team on Quality management system
- · Responsible for the quality of the raw material viz RMs, packing, etc and of the finished products
- · To train & manage the entire FSQA team with policies and procedures, standards & practices related to food safety and quality system on a continuous basis
- · Implementation of the quality control checks during on line production process as per HACCP plan
- · Organize periodic audits with the help of internal quality auditors / external auditors to assess its effectiveness
- · To submit reports of analysis and trend of complaints and other details to the concerned
- · In charge for the physical, chemical, microbiological laboratory and overall responsibility of the plant hygiene
- · To monitor and minimize the complaints regarding food safety To conduct vendor audit as per the defined plan
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
- FSSC 22000 - 6.1 V (Required)
