Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMS standards.
  • Perform sample inspections using SOPs and checklists to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective QA procedures for food processing operations to maintain product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Ensure timely reporting of non-conformities (NCs) and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Monitor and ensure the compliance of all food safety quality aspects throughout the food flow which includes food supply, receiving, transportation, storage, sanitization etc.
  • Carry out internal monthly food safety and welfare inspections and quarterly internal audits.
  • Ensure the top management is full aware of high risk areas for the food borne illness.
  • Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records, time to time  Review and  implementation on  food laboratory.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws of food standards in food safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control role within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMS principles and regulations governing food safety.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, sampling techniques according to established protocols.
