Looking for a Production Manage Female Only For Their Rajahmundry Unit @ Andhra Pradesh The Candidate who will be Leading the Production function to achieve the KPIs in the following:

Safety Quality Delivery Cost Morale Environment

Key Responsibilities:

Safety

  • Facilitate Supervisors to prepare JHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
  • Plan and allocate employees for safety training
  • Ensure training is given to all employees in Production department
  • Encourage/ motivate employees to identify near miss / un safe behavior / unsafe act and to report
  • Prepare action plan to fix the above said points along with HSE manager
  • Work with HSE manager to prepare incident report if so, initiate actions to avoid incidents in future
  • Do a periodical audit and report

Quality

  • Review total yield and ISP yield with supervisors, do gap analysis and ensure to achieve the targets.
  • Prepare action plan and implement the same to the issues raised in the GMP audit
  • Plan and allocate employees for GMP/Food safety / Hygiene policy etc., training
  • Prepare action plan and implement the same to the customer complaints to avoid in future
  • Prepare work instruction for all activities and train the workers on the same

Delivery

  • Prepare monthly shipment and production plan.
  • Monitor and achieve 100 % service level
  • Review productivity levels with supervisors, do gap analysis and ensure to achieve the targets
  • Identify bottleneck process / issues for tonnage increase
  • Work with plant manager / maintenance and other team to implement the actions to increase the tonnage

Cost

  • Monitor the usage of consumables and maintain control.
  • Monitor and control OT and holiday work

Environment

  • Ensure compliance to all legal and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure operations of Treatment plants to meet the stipulated norms

Morale

  • Identify training needs for supervisors and team leaders.
  • Discuss and Finalise with Plant manager
  • Assign KPIs to Supervisors
  • Monitor and Facilitate them to achieve the KPI's
  • Bring ownership and involve them in gap analysis, action plan finalisation and implementation

Profile:

Hard Skills

Qualification

  • Engineering or Food technology or Post Graduate in Life Science with min 10 years of experience
  • Competent in using MS Office applications

Technical Competencies

  • Should be familiar with food manufacturing process, food quality and safety
  • Exposure to SMETA, BRC, IFS and other international certificate requirements.
