We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Incharge to lead our manufacturing operations in the food processing Incharge. The Production Incharge will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of our products while maintaining the highest standards in packaging and private labeling. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of production, from raw material handling to packaging, to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to safeguard product quality and safety, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency in the production workflow.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Excellence in
Packaging: Assure that all packaging materials and techniques satisfy the criteria for product preservation, especially under fluctuating temperature and climatic conditions.
Customized Labeling: Oversee the personalization of product labels for our clients, guaranteeing alignment with branding guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
Health and Safety: Promote and rigorously uphold a secure working environment, ensuring that all employees adhere to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Masters degree.
A track record of demonstrated experience in production management within the food processing industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Profound familiarity with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive process enhancements and foster innovation. Competence in packaging technologies and preservation methods. Sound financial acumen for effective cost management. Proficiency in private labeling processes and customization.
